The Unreal Gaming Syndicate (UGS) community is for members 18 years of age or older. By joining, you confirm that you are at least 18.

Wager matches and skill-based competitions that involve a stake, entry fee, or prize of value are restricted to members 21 years of age or older. UGS may require age verification at any time and may remove access, void entries, or withhold prizes if a member is found to be under the required age.

UGS competitions are games of skill. Outcomes are determined by the skill, knowledge, and performance of the participants, not by chance. Matches are not lotteries, raffles, slot-style games, or casino games.

Kentucky law restricts gambling and games of chance, and it treats contests where the outcome depends predominantly on skill differently. UGS designs its wager matches and tournaments to follow that distinction. Participants compete against one another, and UGS does not act as the opposing party to any wager.

You are responsible for knowing whether participation is lawful where you live. Skill-based wagering is void where prohibited by law. Members located in a jurisdiction that bans or limits paid skill contests must not enter them.

Entry fees and stakes are held and settled by the platform according to published match rules. Disputes are reviewed by UGS staff, and staff decisions on match results are final. Cheating, collusion, match-fixing, account sharing, and use of unauthorized software result in forfeiture, removal, and possible reporting to the proper authorities.

Prizes may be taxable. Winners are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes that apply to them. UGS may request tax information where required by law.

Please play responsibly. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. If gambling or wagering is causing you problems, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537).

UGS follows applicable U.S. and Kentucky laws on online conduct, including laws against harassment, threats, stalking, doxxing, hate-based abuse, impersonation, fraud, and the distribution of unlawful content. Kentucky law makes certain forms of electronic harassment and threats criminal offenses.

We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 in the community. If you believe a minor is present, report it to staff right away. Content that sexualizes or endangers minors is prohibited and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.

Never share passwords, payment details, or private personal information. Staff will never ask for your password. Report scams, threats, or suspicious behavior to a staff member or to LEGAL@VERYUNREAL.COM.

Users are responsible for what they post. UGS may remove content and restrict or end access for violations of our rules or the law. We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA); send copyright notices to the legal contact below.

We collect only what we need to run the community: account details, Discord identity information you choose to link, gamertags, profile information, activity and participation records, and payment records handled by our payment processor. UGS does not store full payment card numbers.

We use your data to operate your account, run competitions, award XP, ranks and rewards, keep the community safe, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember settings such as your colorway and cursor, and measure how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, and with law enforcement or other parties when required by law or to protect the safety of our members.

As a clan, UGS pledges non-aggression toward other clans, communities, and players. We do not raid, brigade, harass, dox, or target other groups, and we do not permit members to do so in our name.

Competition is meant to be fierce but fair. We respect rivals, honor match results, and settle disagreements through staff and the proper channels instead of retaliation. Members who act aggressively toward others in the name of UGS face strikes, removal, and permanent bans.

UGS is a gaming community. We are neutral on politics, religion, and outside disputes, and we do not endorse any candidate, party, movement, or cause on behalf of the community.

These terms and all UGS activities are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Kentucky, unless the law requires otherwise.
